商务日语专业国际交流合作模式探究

摘要
商务日语专业的目标是培养拥有较好的日语语言表达能力、跨文化交际能力与商务运作能力,能够尽快适应社会和企业要求的毕业生。文章以国际交流为平台,探析海外短期实习、赴日就职、留学这三种合作项目在日语实践教学、尤其是在提高学生实践能力方面的成效,以及运行过程中所存在的问题点,探究解决方案,以便为进一步提高人才培养质量提供借鉴。
The objective of business Japanese major is to train graduates to have good Japanese language expression ability,cross-cultural communication ability and business operation ability so that they can adapt to the requirements of society and enterprises as soon as possible. Using international exchanges as a platform,this paper discusses the effect of three cooperation projects: short-term overseas study,employment in Japan,and study in Japan,on the practical teaching of Japanese,especially their effect on the enhancement of students' practical ability. It also looks at the problems existing in the process of operation,and seeks solutions to provide reference for further studies on how to improve the quality of talent training.
