网络学习空间推进教育信息化发展的策略研究——以甘肃省为例

摘要
网络学习空间建设与应用对全面推进"网络学习空间人人通",加快教育信息化进程具有重要指导意义。该文以甘肃省为例,详细概述了网络学习空间建设与应用现状,并对网络学习空间建设与应用过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析。该文提出了网络学习空间推进教育信息化发展的策略:教育行政部门要通过"探索特色、创新模式、积极推广"促进网络空间的普及和应用;学校要通过"普及、创新、智能、辐射"网络学习空间的应用,实现网络学习空间应用常态化、教育教学模式多样化、教育教学评价多元化、城乡教育发展均衡化,全面推进学校教育信息化的有效发展,为进一步推进教育信息化2.0提供工作思路和方法途径。
Construction and application of network learning space has important guiding significance for comprehensively promoting the "network learning space for everyone" and accelerating the process of education informationization. Based on the current situation of the construction and application of network learning space in Gansu Province, the paper puts forward an effective strategy of using cyberspace to promote the development of school education informationization, and provides practical ideas and methods to promote the Action Plan of Educational Informatization 2.0 for further.
