摘要
目前对于中草药活性成分的合成及其调控机制的研讨日益备受瞩目,而近年来对其中药用植物的非编码小分子单链RNA (microRNA, miRNA)方面的研讨也迅速展开,并证实药用植物miRNA在活性成分生物合成方面具备重要调控性能。本文针对近年来植物miRNA的生物合成及作用机制、药用植物miRNA、miRNA与药用植物次生代谢产物生物合成等方面的研究情况进行综述,以期为中药材优质育种提供基础性研讨材料,并为其在临床方面的普遍使用开辟新的研究路径。
        Studies on the biosynthesis and regulating mechanism of bioactive components in herbs have attracted more and more attention. In recent years, studies on the non–coding small single–stranded RNA(microRNA, miRNA) of medicinal plants have been carried out rapidly. The miRNAs in medicinal plants has been proved to possess regulatory functions on the biosynthesis of active components. This paper reviewed the studies on biosynthesis and related mechanism of plant miRNA, the biosynthesis of medicinal plant miRNA, miRNA and the secondary metabolites in medicinal plants in recent years, in order to provide basic reasearch data for breeding better Chinese medicinal materials varieties and find new investigation idea for further clinical application of medicinal plants.
