摘要
腐蚀是影响船舶寿命的主要因素之一。目前,多数船舶的船体和设备为钢制,螺旋桨及海水管为铜制合金,这些金属受海洋环境中如高盐、高温、高湿的影响,腐蚀相当严重。腐蚀不仅降低了船舶钢结构的强度,缩短了船舶使用寿命,还严重影响了船舶性能和安全。更严重的会造成海损事故,从而造成环境污染。本文对船舶腐蚀机理进行了分析,采用新型防腐蚀技术,控制船舶的腐蚀速度,以期延长船舶的寿命。
        Marine corrosion is one of the main factors affecting ship life. At present, the hull and equipment of the most ships are made of steel, and the propellers and seawater pipes are made of copper alloys. These metals are seriously corroded by the marine environment such as high salinity,high temperature and high humidity. Corrosion reduces the strength of ship steel structure and shortens the service life of ship.Moreover, it seriously affects the performance and safety of the ship,and even more seriously causes marine accidents which could cause the environmental pollution. In this paper, the corrosion mechanism of ships is analyzed, and new anti-corrosion technologies are adopted to control the corrosion rate in order to prolong the life of ships.
