旴江名医聂尚恒《医学汇函》辨治耳病特色探析

摘要
明代江西旴江医家聂尚恒,耽嗜岐黄,普施仁术,其所撰《医学汇函》是明代重要临证古籍汇编。书中论治耳病机理及辨治与方药,内容丰富,持论精详,辨证精确,切实可用。聂尚恒认为:"治耳者,以肾为主",详列耳病之五症,细察病脉之虚实,并从部位上分左右,从病机上分虚实、风痰热等调治,治疗上以补肾、降火、开痰散热为主,以虚实为纲提出辨治耳病的辨证思路,所论系统而详明。聂尚恒鲜明和独特的学术思想及临床风格,对后世江西旴江五官科流派的发展影响深远。
NIE Shang-heng specialized in the study of the Qihuang scholarship, treating universal patients on humanity and kidness. Yixue Huihan is an important clinical compilation of ancient books in Ming dynasty, which it written by NIE Shang-heng. In this book, the mechanism, the treatment and the formulas on ear disease are rich in content, and the theory is detailed, accurate and practical. NIE believes that ‘treating ear is mainly based on the kidney', detailing five syndromes of ear disease, carefully examining the deficiency and excess of the diseased pulse, and dividing right and left from the location,dividing deficiency and excess, wind, phlegm and heat from the pathogenesis to treat. Tonify the kidney, lowering the fire,phlegm and heat dissipation as main. Based on deficiency and excess as the the outline of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of ear disease, the discussion is systematic and detailed. It is of great significance to the development of the genre of the otorhinolaryngology of Xujiang, Jiangxi province, as NIE's distinct and unique academic thoughts and clinical style.
