摘要
[目的/意义]为解决应急情境下决策情报需求难以快速、准确识别的问题,提出基于领域分析和本体的应急决策情报需求的识别方法。[方法/过程]首先,构建了应急情报需求分析模型,细化为"任务情境-情报需求"模板,并构建相应的概念本体;然后,利用该模型对应急领域进行专家或大数据领域需求分析,获取应急情报需求知识,并利用本体进行实例化描述,形成应急情报需求本体知识库;最后,利用该知识库实现应急情报需求的智能推荐。[结果/结论]基于领域分析的用户应急情报需求获取的本质是社会认知启发下的个人认知,弥补了个人知识、能力不足引起的个人认知缺陷,是"平时"获取的领域知识在"战时"的应用;而领域情报需求的本体化表示是语义级的,可实现用户应急决策情报需求的智能推荐,以适应应急决策情报快速响应的要求。
        [Objective/Significance]In order to solve the problem of quick and accurate identification of decision-making intelligence in emergency situations,this paper proposes an intelligent identification method for emergency decision intelligence needs based on domain analysis and ontology.[Method/Process]First,an emergency intelligence need analysis model is constructed,which is refined into the template of " task context-intelligence demand",and the corresponding conceptual ontology is constructed. Then,the model is used to analyze the emergency domain needs by expert or by big data,to obtain the knowledge of the emergency intelligence needs,and the ontology is used for the instantiation description,so as to form the ontology-based knowledge base of the emergency intelligence needs. Finally,the knowledge base is used to realize intelligent recommendation of emergency intelligence needs.[Results/Conclusion]The essence of users' emergency intelligence needs acquisition based on domain analysis is personal cognition inspired by social cognition,which makes up for personal cognitive defects caused by insufficient personal knowledge and ability,and is the application in " wartime" of domain knowledge acquired in " peacetime". The ontological representation of domain intelligence needs is semantic,which can realize the intelligent recommendation of users' emergency decision-making intelligence needs,so as to meet the requirement of quick response of emergency decision-making intelligence.
