基于产品生命周期理论的企业财务策略

摘要
企业的财务战略决策通常包括经营、筹资、投资、分配四个方面。合理的财务战略能更好地适应企业需求、产品特点,服务于企业价值最大化目标的实现。在分析产品生命周期理论的基础上,力图根据不同产品生命周期阶段特征提出适宜的企业财务策略。
Financing,investment and distribution are often included in corporate financial strategic decision making process.The reasonable financial strategy can well adapt to the demands of the corporation,product features and service to fulfill the maximization of corporate value.This article aims to put forward suitable financial strategies for corporate on the basis of product life cycle theory.
