摘要
目的对脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)量子点荧光检测试剂进行性能评价,判断其性能是否满足临床需求,并评价该试剂是否能够准确检测动脉粥样硬化患者的斑块稳定性。方法评估该检测试剂的日间和日内精密度、定量限和线性范围。结果该试剂盒日间和日内精密度均<10%,满足快速检测要求;定量限为35.1ng/mL,线性范围为35.1~784.3ng/mL。通过检测健康人群和存在不稳定斑块的动脉粥样硬化患者血清Lp-PLA2浓度,证明该方法能够对患者的动脉粥样斑块稳定性进行准确判断。结论 Lp-PLA2量子点荧光检测试剂具有良好的性能,且能够准确评估患者动脉粥样斑块稳定性,对于具有动脉粥样硬化危险因素患者的风险评估具有重要价值。
        Objective To evaluate the performance of lipoprotein phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) quantum dot fluorescence detection reagent to determine whether its performance meets clinical requirements and to evaluate whether the reagent can accurately detect plaque stability in patients with atherosclerosis.Methods The daytime and intraday precision,limit of quantitation,and linear range of the test reagent were evaluated.Results The daytime and intraday precision of the kit was less than 10%,meeting the requirements of rapid detection.Limit of quantitation was 35.1 ng/mL and linear range was(35.1-784.3) ng/mL.By detecting the serum Lp-PLA2 concentration in healthy people and atherosclerotic patients with unstable plaques,it was proved that the method could accurately determine the stability of atherosclerotic plaque in patients.Conclusion Lp-PLA2 quantum dot fluorescence detection reagent has good performance and can accurately assess the stability of atherosclerotic plaque in patients.It is of great value for risk assessment of patients with risk factors for atherosclerosis.
