摘要
为提高黄芪种子的发芽率,为黄芪的引种栽培提供参考,对膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪两种黄芪种子进行硫酸浸泡、沸水浸泡和打磨3种方法处理,测定两种黄芪发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,研究不同种子处理方法对膜荚黄芪与蒙古黄芪种子萌发的影响。结果表明:膜荚黄芪硫酸浸泡4min的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数最高,分别为59%、52%、26.08,硫酸浸泡4min的发芽率与硫酸浸泡3min、沸水浸泡30s及对照对照差异显著,与其余处理差异不显著;蒙古黄芪打磨处理的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数最高,分别为76%、61%、30.93,打磨处理发芽率与其他处理间差异显著。两种黄芪的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数综合表现为打磨处理>沸水处理>硫酸处理。
        In order to improve the germination rate of Astragalus membranaceus seeds,and provide references for the introduction and cultivation of A.membranaceus,three methods were used to treat two kinds of A.membranaceus seeds,including sulfuric acid immersion,boiling water immersion and grinding.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of two A.membranaceus cultivars were determined,thus to study the effects of different seed treatment methods on seed germination of A.membranaceus and A.membranaceus var.mongholicus.Results:Germination rate,germination potential and germination index of A.membranaceus seeds immersed in sulfuric acid for 4 min were the highest,59%,52%and 26.08 respectively,of which the germination rate was significantly different with sulfuric acid immersion for 3 min,boiling water immersion for 30 s,and CK,while not significantly different with other treatments.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of A.membranaceus var.mongholicus grinding were the highest,76%,61%and 30.93 respectively,of which the germination rate was significantly different from other treatments.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the two cultivars followed the sequence of grinding treatment > boiling water treatment>sulfuric acid treatment.
