摘要
目的探索集装箱超低容量喷雾的灭蚊效果。方法采用集装箱超低容量喷雾法进行试蚊现场试验,计算一定时间后试蚊死亡率。结果在集装箱空箱及半满箱状态下,奋斗呐悬浮剂(顺式氯氰菊酯)(100 g/L)、神网牌5%神网杀虫水乳剂的超低容量喷雾试验组蚊虫死亡率为100.00%;在集装箱满箱状态下,两种药剂超低容量喷雾试验组蚊虫死亡率分别为96.67%、85.56%,灭蚊效果不理想;在集装箱温度为31±2℃时,对照组试虫死亡率均大于20.00%。结论国境口岸应不断改进应用于集装箱灭蚊的超低容量喷雾法,有效杀灭入境集装箱携带的蚊虫,防止蚊虫携带病原体在口岸传播。
Objective To assess the efficacy of ultra-low-volume spray applicated for killing Aedes albopictus in containers. Methods The ultra-low-volume spray was employed in containers to kill Aedes albopictus,then to calculate the mortality rate of mosquitoes in different time. Results When the containers were empty or half-full,the mortality rate of mosquitoes in the experimental group was 100.00%. When the containers were full,the mortality rate of mosquitoes in the experimental group was 96.67%,85.56%,respectively. At 31 ±2℃,the mortality rate of mosquitoes of the control group exceeded 20.00%. Conclusion The ultra-low-volume spray should be constantly improved and applied to kill mosquitoes,so as to effectively control mosquito-borne diseases at ports.
