摘要
光伏的规模化接入给配电网的安全运行带来极大的冲击。首先建立光伏集群接入的配电网安全运行评估模型,从理论机理层面分析光伏接入对配电网的运行影响;结合光伏集群接入模式,从光伏接入容量和接入位置两个方面开展研究,分析不同光伏渗透率和接入位置情景下配电网电压和网损的变化规律;最后基于10 kV典型馈线模型开展光伏集群接入的配电网安全运行评估仿真,评估不同光伏集群接入容量和位置对配电网安全运行的影响,为配电网安全运行提供参考。
        The large-scale aggregated photovoltaic power generation(PV) poses great challenges to the security operating assessment of distribution system. In this paper, a distribution system security operating assessment model is firstly built and the effects of the aggregated PV on distribution systems operation are theoretically analyzed. Then,based on the connection mode of the aggregated PV,both the penetration rate and location of PV are investigated. The voltage profile and network loss are analyzed under different penetration levels and locations of the aggregated PV. Finally, numerical simulations are implemented on a typical 10 kV feeder and the effects of different penetration rates and locations of aggregated photovoltaic power generation on distribution system operation are assessed for improving the operation level of distribution system with the aggregated PV integration.
