摘要
目的:建立辛夷药材挥发油GC-MS分析法,区别辛夷药材的不同来源。方法:采用GC-MS法,对比找出不同品种辛夷药材及嫁接品种的特有成分。结果:不同品种的辛夷药材及嫁接品种间的化学成分差异较大,对比分析,可指认出3个望春花的特有成分、13个武当玉兰的特有成分、2个玉兰的特有成分及5个河南嫁接品种的特有成分。结论:通过分析可找出不同品种辛夷的化学特征性成分,表明该方法可用于市场上辛夷药材的不同品种及挥发油提取物的来源鉴别。
        Objective: To develop a GC-MS method for volatile oil of Magnoliae Flos, and to distinguish different sources of Magnoliae Flos. Methods: GC-MS method was used to find out the unique components of different varieties of Magnoliae Flos and grafted varieties. Results: The chemical constituents of Magnoliae Flos of different varieties and grafted varieties were different. The comparative analysis showed that three characteristic components were in Magnolia biondii Pamp., thirteen characteristic components were in Magnolia sprengeri Pamp., and two characteristic component was in Magnolia denudata Desr.. Meanwhile, five characteristic components were in grafted varieties of Henan. Conclusion: The characteristic components of different varieties can be found by analysis. This method can be used to identify the different varieties of Magnoliae Flos and different sources of volatile oil extracts in the market.
