李文杰教授清热化痰法论治心悸经验

摘要
心悸是临床常见的一种疾病,以患者自觉心中悸动、不安为主要症状。多由心中的气、血、阴、阳不足,痰饮、瘀血等阻滞,使心神受扰而引起。每因情绪激动或者过度劳累而诱发,常常伴随其他症状,如胸闷、气短、失眠等。李文杰教授从事心血管疾病的诊疗、研究工作30余年,对痰火扰心型心悸有着丰富的诊疗经验,善于运用黄连温胆汤加味治疗疾病,取得了较好疗效。
palpitation is a common clinical disease.The main symptoms were palpitation and restlessness in the heart.From the heart qi,blood,yin and yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis block,the disturbance caused by disturbing the mind.Each is induced by emotion or overwork,often accompanied by other symptoms such as chest tightness,shortness of breath,insomnia and so on.Professor Li Wenjie has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases for more than thirty years.He has rich experience in treating phlegm fire,heart palpitation and heart palpitation.He is good at using Huanglian Wendan Decoction to treat diseases and has achieved good results.
