基于“素质冰山理论”下的高职学前教育学生素养探析

摘要
冰山模型是美国著名心理学家麦克利兰提出的素质冰山模型理论,通过对"人"的能力素质分析,甄选适合组织需要的人才。在目前国家大力发展学前教育,提高学前教育人才培养质量的背景下,冰山模型理论,为学前教育发展和人才培养提供了一个全新的视野。本文根据冰山理论,试图探析在新的形势下,如何利用冰山理论提高学前教育的质量,提升教师的素养的新途径,为培养高质量的幼儿教师提供一定的理论依据。
        The iceberg model was developed by the famous American psychologist David McClelland. Instead of focusing on intelligence, McClelland focused on people ' s competencies in staff selection. Based on the " McClelland Iceberg Model ", the talents suitable for an organization can be selected. Nowadays, the preschool education is encouraged for children ' s healthy development in China. More and more preschool teachers are highly demanded.Vocational Students majoring in preschool education should be well trained to meet the needs. The iceberg model theory provides a new vision for developing preschool education and training students majoring in preschool education. Based on the iceberg model theory, this paper attempts to explore how to use the iceberg model theory to improve qualities of preschool education and teachers. This theory can lay a theoretical basis for high-quality preschool teacher professional development.
