微针治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨微针治疗面部痤疮凹陷性疤痕的临床经验及临床治疗效果。方法选择我科90名面部痤疮凹陷性患者,根据患者面部主要痤疮凹陷性疤痕类型分为3组,即箱车组、滚动组和冰锥组,三组患者均采用微针治疗,观察微针对于三种类型疤痕的临床治疗效果。结果 90名患者治疗后痊愈1名,显效27例,有效58例,无效4例,总有效率为96%,箱车组和滚动组患者的有效率高于冰锥组。90例患者均未出现严重不良反应以及并发症。结论微针治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕安全、有效、不良反应小,符合美容整形科微创和无创的要求,是一种值得推广的治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical experience of treating atrophic acne scars with microneedling therapy and observe the curative effect. Methods A total of 90 patients with atrophic acne scars in Stomatolgical Hospital Of Chongqing Medical University were selected as subjects of this study. The patients were divided into Boxcar group,Rolling group and Ice pick group.All groups were treated with microneedling therapy,observed The effect of scar treatment on all groups. Results All the patients treated with skin needling alone,one patent was recovery,27 ones were effective,58 ones were less effective,4 ones were non-effective.The total effective rate of all patients was 96%,. The effective rate of the patients in rolling group and boxcar group were better than that in ice pick group. Conclusions Microneedle therapy in the treatment of atrophic acne scar were a scientific,effective and safe promotion Which meets the requirements of minimally invasive and non-invasive cosmetic surgery. And microneedle is a treatment worthy of promotion.
