等离子消融术治疗下鼻甲肥大伴鼻中隔偏曲的效果及对患者出血量影响观察

摘要
目的探讨下鼻甲肥大伴鼻中隔偏曲采用等离子消融术治疗的效果及对患者出血量影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月期间的下鼻甲肥大伴鼻中隔偏曲患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组采用鼻中隔成形术治疗,观察组采用等离子消融术治疗,分析治疗效果、手术时间、术中、术后出血量、恢复时间以及鼻阻力检验结果。结果观察组手术时间、术中、术后出血量、恢复时间明显低于对照组,治疗效果以及鼻阻力检验结果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论下鼻甲肥大伴鼻中隔偏曲采用等离子消融术治疗效果较好,可有效减少出血量,缩短手术时间以及恢复时间,改善鼻阻力。
Objective To investigate the effect of plasma ablation on the lower turbinate hypertrophy with nasal septum deviation and its influence on the amount of bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy and nasal septum deviation from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled as subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30), the control group was treated with nasal septoplasty,and the observation group was treated with plasma ablation. The therapeutic effect, operation time, intraoperative,postoperative blood loss, recovery time and nasal resistance test results were analyzed. Results The operation time,intraoperative, postoperative blood loss and recovery time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The therapeutic effect and nasal resistance test results were significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The lower turbinate hypertrophy with nasal septum deviation is better with plasma ablation, which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the operation time and recovery time, and improve the nasal resistance.
