猪传染性胸膜肺炎研究进展

摘要
猪传染性胸膜肺炎是由猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)感染引起的以急性出血和慢性纤维素性胸膜肺炎为特征的一种高度传染性疾病,可引起患猪大量死亡,为养猪业的三大呼吸道疾病之一。流行病学研究发现猪传染性胸膜肺炎多呈混合感染,且有一些非典型菌株流行。除毒素外,蛋白酶、尿酶、黏附素、APP的糖基化系统、双组分系统CpxA/CpxR等也参与致病的过程。另外, App的脂多糖(LPS)可使宿主肺部的细胞产生大量的致炎细胞因子,参与肺部炎症的形成。病原与呼吸道上皮细胞吸附的表面分子、新致病因子特别是引起细胞因子暴发的病原分子的鉴定及其诱导的免疫力,将为组合疫苗的研制提供基础。研究APP感染与宿主免疫状况的关系将为免疫调节剂的筛选提供依据。文章对近年来该病的流行情况、发病机制和疫苗研究进展进行了综述,旨在为该病的防治和未来的研究方向提供参考。
