摘要
重力式结构是水工码头工程常见结构,其造价低、承载力高,地基承载力满足要求的情况下在沿海、内河码头中优先考虑的结构形式。在内河受船舶起重能力的限制,重力式码头以现浇为主,施工方法为围堰后干作业、水下混凝土现浇;具体采用何种施工方法需结合水文地质条件、成本、工期等综合确定。本文以实际工程介绍水下现浇重力式码头施工中的模板设计、组装、吊装施工过程,以及在此过程中的注意事项,对后续类似项目施工具有较好的参考价值。
        As one common hydraulic structure, gravity structure is the top choice for coastal and inland river terminals due to its low cost and high bearing capacity, and on the premise that foundation bearing capacity meets the project requirements. Being limited by the lifting capacity of ships in river, gravity berth structure is mainly built by using cast-in-situ technology. The construction methods include dry construction protected by cofferdam and underwater cast-in-situ concrete. The detailed construction method needs to be determined from the aspects of hydro-geological conditions, construction cost and period. A practical project is analyzed in order to introduce the design, assembling and hoisting of formworks in underwater cast-in-situ construction of gravity berth structure as well as the precautions. The research results will serve as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
