摘要
陶瓷纤维摆块式热压卷圆模是用来压制无底瓶状结构的陶瓷纤维材料隔热套管的一种模具。该模具为新型结构,上模采用阶梯芯轴及压配的驱动套,下模由左、中、右3个凹模模口组成。使用时,将剪裁好的陶瓷纤维板加热至160°,靠模具下定位放置,通过左、右摆块半随动半成形,中间托料块向下移动,3种复合运动,最终实现整圆合模,把陶瓷纤维板料压制成瓶状结构。
        The ceramic fiber pendulum block type hot pressing round die is a die used to suppress the ceramic like fibrous material insulation sleeve without bottom like structure. The die is a new structure, the upper die adopts a step core shaft and a press fit driving sleeve, and the lower die is composed of three matrix of the left, the middle and the right. When in use, will cut the ceramic fiber board is heated to 160℃, placed by die positioning, through the left and right half with the moving half swing block forming, intermediate material supporting block moving down, three kinds of composite motion, realize the whole circular die, the bottle shaped structure is pressed into a material ceramic fiber board.
