摘要
断路器合闸电阻在分闸时不能可靠退出将造成合闸电阻烧毁事故,常规测量回路导通的方法对双断口断路器不适用,无法有效发现辅助触头不能可靠拉开的缺陷。本文采用X射线DR检测技术,准确、直观地发现了某型号断路器合闸电阻辅助触头未拉开的重大缺陷,经解体检查验证了DR技术对检测断路器合闸电阻状态的有效性。同时分析了该型号断路器合闸电阻的结构性缺陷,并从电网企业的角度提出了防范措施。
If the closing resistance of the breaker cannot be reliably withdrawn when it is opened,the closing resistance will be burned.The conventional method of measuring circuit conduction is not suitable to the double-broken breaker,and it cannot be effectively found the defects that the assistant contact cannot be pulled reliably.In this paper,X-ray DR detection technology was used to discover the defects that assistant contact of a certain type breaker closing resistor not be pulled accurately and intuitively.The disintegration check verified the effectiveness of the DR technology in detecting the condition of the breaker closing resistor.At the same time,the structural defects which of the closing resistor of this type breaker were analyzed,and the preventive measures were proposed from the perspective of grid companies.
