南京4所高校大学生性病和艾滋病健康教育现状调查

摘要
目的调查南京高校大学生性病、艾滋病健康教育现状,为高校性病/艾滋病科学预防,开展健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法选取2016年9月至2016年12月南京4所高校在校学生600名作为调查对象。调查采用无记名自填问卷。结果高校健康教育普及性不高,不同高校差异较大。高校健康教育形式较单一,大学生需求多样化。结论高校健康教育工作开展力度需加强,宣传形式和内容有待进一步的完善。
Objective To investigate the sexually transmitted diseases(STD)/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) related knowledge and attitudes towards sexual behavior of college students,as well as the health education provided in Nanjing, in order to provide scientific evidence for the health education in the prevention of STD/AIDS in colleges. Methods Using a stratified random survey, 600 college students in four colleges in Nanjing(from September 2016 to December 2016)were enrolled to complete an anonymous self-administered questionnaire. Results The overall STD/AIDS knowledge awareness among students was limited, while their attitudes towards sexual behavior were rather open and the practice was widespread. The AIDS related knowledge was better understood than that of STD. The acceptance of health education in universities was not high, with variations among universities. The health education was monotonous in the four colleges while the demand of students was diverse. Conclusions College health education should be strengthened, where the form and the content need to be further improved.
