预顶升钢混叠合梁桥施工监控技术研究

摘要
预顶升施工是解决钢混叠合梁桥负弯矩区桥面板开裂的方法之一,需要采用相适应的施工监控技术。以商合杭铁路钢混叠合连续梁桥为背景,探讨了预顶升钢混叠合梁桥在顶升与落梁过程中线形、顶升力和桥面板应力的监测方法,并对施工监控的成果进行了分析。结果表明,通过对线形与顶升力的监控,可以保证施工监控的精度满足要求,确保预顶升施工基本处于可控状态;通过对桥面板应力的监测,表明预顶升方法能够有效地为钢混叠合梁桥墩顶负弯矩区的混凝土桥面板施加预应力。
        The pre-jacking-up construction is one of the methods to solve the cracking of steel-concrete composite girder bridge deck in negative bending moment areas, and it is necessary to adopt the appropriate construction monitoring technology.Based onthesteel-concrete composite girder bridgeof Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Railway, the monitoring methods of construction geometry, jackingforce and bridge deck stress in the process of jacking and falling of the pre-jacking-up steel-concrete composite girder bridgeare discussed, and the monitoring results are analyzed. The results show thatthe monitoring ofgeometry and jacking force can ensure that the precision of construction monitoring meets the requirements, and the pre-jacking-up construction process is basically in a controllable state. Through the monitoring of bridge deck stress, it is shown that the pre-jacking-upmethod can effectively apply prestress to the concrete bridge deck in negative bending moment areas of the pier top of steel-concrete composite girder bridge.
