摘要
为了解决牛仔面料水洗工序所带来的水资源的污染与浪费问题,将激光的数字化处理手段引入牛仔产业链中。文章探讨了现代激光技术在牛仔服装生产的剪裁与水洗工序的应用,通过特殊激光设备和技术的使用,不仅提高了牛仔服装生产效率,还有效解决了生产过程中产生的水资源污染与浪费问题,为牛仔服产业的升级带来新的契机。现代时尚观念与消费观念的变化,导致大量废旧牛仔服的产生,通过激光化处理的废旧牛仔服,既能达到环保绿色的要求,也能使废旧牛仔服获得二次生命。
        In order to solve the problem of water pollution and waste caused by the denim fabric washing process, the laser digital processing method was introduced into the jeans industry chain. The application of modern laser technology in tailoring and washing processes of the denim fabric garment industry was explored. The productivity of denim production was improved by use of special laser equipment technologies, and more importantly, the pollution and waste of water during the production of jeans was effectively solved, which was also brings new opportunities for the upgrading of the jeans industry. The change of modern fashion concepts and consumption concepts led to the production of a large number of waste jeans. The waste cowboys can meet the requirements of environmental protection and get a second life by laser treatment.
