摘要
针对2ZB-2型吊杯式移栽机在移栽时出现滑移现象导致株距不稳定的问题,对滑移率、传动比与株距之间的关系进行推导,得出了在不同滑移率与传动比下株距的计算公式。利用仿真软件Adams对移栽装置进行不同滑移率与传动比下的运动仿真,得到了对应的株距值,并指出株距随着滑移率和传动比的增大而增大。通过不同土壤硬度下的田间试验对仿真结果进行验证,结果表明:当滑移率为12%16%、传动比为0.667 0.794时,试验和仿真结果能较好吻合,最大相对误差7.75%;在满足运动特征参数大于1的情况下,滑移率较大时可以选择较小的传动比,滑移率较小时可以选择较大的传动比来调整株距。此研究为移栽机的设计和田间作业提供了参考。
        In view of the problem that the instability of the spacing by slip phenomenon in the process of transplanting of the 2 ZB-2 type Dibble-type transplanter,the relationship between the slip rate,the ratio of the transmission and the plant spacing was deduced,obtained the calculation formula of plant spacing under different slip rate and transmission ratio. Simulation of the transplanting device under different slip rate and transmission ratio by software Adams. obtained the corresponding spacing values. and points out that the spacing increases with the increase of the ratio of slip rate and transmission. Through field experiment of different soil hardness to validate the simulation results,the results show that when the slip rate is 12%-16%,the transmission ratio is 0. 667-0. 794,the test and simulation results in good agreement,the maximum relative error is 7. 75%. To meet the movement characteristic parameter is greater than 1,the slip rate is larger when choosing a smaller transmission ratio,the slip rate is small can choose to adjust the spacing of the larger transmission ratio. This study provides a reference for the design and field operation of transplanter.
