摘要
以金莲花幼苗为试验材料,采用硝普钠(SNP)、亚精胺(Spd)和水杨酸(SA) 3种不同浓度的外源物质对盐胁迫条件下金莲花幼苗进行缓解试验,探索最佳的外源物质及其浓度。结果表明,金莲花幼苗随着不同浓度SA、SNP和Spd对金莲花幼苗进行恢复处理后各指标均显著升高。由此可知,SA、SNP、Spd在合适的浓度下可以缓解NaCl对金莲花的胁迫伤害,增强金莲花的抗盐胁迫能力,其中最佳处理组合是20%的水杨酸(SA),此组合的各项指标均与空白对照相差无几。本研究为金莲花幼苗在实际生产中减缓盐胁迫伤害提供可行的途径,并且可以为进一步研究缓解盐胁迫提供依据。
        The seedlings of Trollius chinensis were selected as the material, and different concentrations of sodium nitrate(SNP), alimine(Spd) and salicylic acid(SA) were used as exogenous substances to carry out remission experiment on the seedlings of Trollius chinensis under drought stress, so as to explore the optimal exogenous substance and its concentration. The results showed that the recovery treatment of different concentrations of SA, SNP and Spd on the seedlings of Trollius chinensis significantly increased the indexes of the seedlings of Trollius chinensis. It could be seen that the appropriate concentration of SA, SNP and Spd could alleviate the stress injury of NaCl to Trollius chinensis, and improve the tolerance of Trollius chinensis to salt. Among them, the optimal effect was SA with the concentration of 20%. The indexes of Trollius chinensis after this treatment had no significant difference with the control. This study could provide feasible ways for alleviating the injury of salt stress on Trollius chinensis in the practical production, and provide reference for further study on the relief of salt stress.
