摘要
[目的]测定磐安浙贝母鳞茎主成分的含量,确定浙产浙贝母最佳采收期。[方法]分别采用HPLC-ELSD、酸性染料比色法、生物量法测定磐安地区浙贝母不同生长期鳞茎中贝母素甲、贝母素乙、总生物碱和生物量。[结果]磐安地区浙贝母鳞茎总生物碱含量在3月底、4月初最低,在5月初达到峰值,而鳞茎贝母素甲和贝母素乙含量变化规律则与其相反。结合生物量后,浙贝母鳞茎主成分含量在4月底5月初达到最高值。[结论]结合浙贝母鳞茎生物量、地上部分的生物学特性进行综合判断,磐安地区浙贝母最佳采收期在其果期末期、枯萎初期。
        [Objective] Dynamic changes of biomass and alkaloids of Fritilarise thunbergii Bulbus were determined to assess the optimal collection time.[Methods] The contents of total alkaloids in the bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii at different growth stages were determined by HPLC-ELSD, acid dye colorimetric method and biomass method. [Results] The total alkaloid content of Fritillaria thunbergii bulb in Pan'an in late March and early April the lowest peak in early May, and the bulb of peimine and peiminine in the opposite. Combined with biomass, the main components in bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii reached the highest value at the end of April and early May. [Conclusion] Combined with the biomass in bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii and the biological characteristics of the ground part of the comprehensive judgment, we found that the best harvest period of Fritilarise thunbergii. was between the end stage of its fruit stage and the early stage of withering stage.
