摘要
通过分析临床医学专业八年制医学生的人文素质教育培养现状、学生需求,以及在"互联网+"背景下,利用供给侧改革的思想,提出医学生人文素质教育改革的措施:拓宽供给主体,搭建全员育人体系;与临床实践相结合,扩展供给内容;利用信息技术,探索新型人文素质教育供给方式,不断提高医学生的人文素养。
This research analyzed the present situation and the need of humanistic quality education for eight-year medical students majoring in clinical medicine. According to the background of "internet+" and supply side reform, the measures were put forward to realize the reform of medical students' humanistic quality education: to broaden the main body of supply, to set up the whole personnel education system; to combine with clinical practice; to expand the supply content; to use information technology; to explore the new education supply mode for humanistic quality and constantly improve the humanistic quality of medical students.
