摘要
煤与煤层气协调开发应按照"先采气、后采煤、采煤采气一体化"的开发原则,由于存在矿权矛盾及缺乏相应的协调机制,矿权重叠区内煤炭采掘对煤层气开发造成了生产影响。基于煤炭开发的时空接替规律,总结了在矿权重叠区内煤矿采掘对煤层气开发存在三种影响模式:主巷道掘进影响、掘进面影响和回采面影响。为了应对煤矿采掘影响,提出了可以采用负压设备增气、3号煤层套管封堵、采空区钻井、定期沟通交流等治理对策。
        The coordinated development of coal and CBM should be based on the development principle of "gas production following by coal mining,integrated production of coal and gas". Due to the existence of mining rights contradiction and lack of corresponding coordination mechanism, the coal mining in the overlapping areas of mining rights has a production impact on CBM development. Based on the spacetime succession law of coal development, it is concluded that there are three influence modes on CBM development in in the overlapping areas of mining rights, including the influence of main roadway excavation,the influence of heading face and the influence of mining face. In response to the influence of coal mining, the paper proposed such countermeasures as to use the negative pressure equipment to increase the gas emission, to apply casing plugging in the No. 3 Coal Seam, to construct drilling in the gob area,to communicate regularly, etc.
