摘要
本文通过阐述瓦斯爆炸原理,阐明细水雾在管道空间内运动特性及沉降规律,分析细水雾技术在抑制管道瓦斯爆炸的抑爆机理级应用效果,结合我厂应用实例,针对该技术应用中出现的问题提出应对措施,为确保低浓度输送系统稳定运行以及细水雾技术广泛应用提供理论基础和技术支撑。
        By expounding the principle of gas explosion, the paper illustrates the motion characteristics and the sedimentation rules of water mist within the pipeline, and analyzes the explosion suppression mechanism and application effect of water mist technology for suppressing gas explosion in pipelines. Combining their application examples, it also provides countermeasures to resolve the problems occurred in the practice, so that to guarantee the stable operation of low concentration gas transportation systems and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the broad application of the technology.
