摘要
本文介绍了利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定农用地土壤详查深层土中的锡,方法采用过氧化钠熔融土壤样品,适合大批量样品同时消解,具有较好的准确度、精密度以及经济效应。通过空白试验,得出此方法的检出限为5. 25μg/g,通过国家标准物质试验,得出此方法的精密度RSD为1. 32%~4. 48%。此方法的优点在于,在检测范围方面有效补充了平面光栅电弧发射光谱法和容量法测定锡的局限性,在效率和经济效应方面优于容量法,在准确度方面优于酸溶方法。
        The determination of tin in deep soil by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was introduced,and the method of melting soil samples with sodium peroxide was suitable for simultaneous digestion of large batches of samples,which had good accuracy,precision and economic effect. Through the blank test,it was concluded that the detection limit of this method was 5. 25 μg/g,and the precision RSD of this method was 1. 32% ~ 4. 48% by the national standard material test. The advantage of this method was that the limitation of planar grating arc emission spectrometry and capacity method was effectively supplemented in the detection range,which was superior to the capacity method in terms of efficiency and economic effect,and better than the acid-soluble method in terms of accuracy.
