新常态下以空间集约型污水处理厂推进水生态文明建设研究

"十三五"规划首次将加强生态文明建设写入5年规划,水生态文明是生态文明基础保障。通过对水生态文明建设内容的学习、分析和理解,研究水生态文明水安全、水环境、水景观、水文化和水经济5个方面的发展,提出以空间集约型污水处理厂推进水生态文明建设。空间集约型污水处理厂以科学发展观为指导,符合新常态下城镇水生态文明建设的需求,能够保障水安全、保护水环境、打造水景观、弘扬水文化、发展水经济,推进水生态文明建设,实现新常态下人水和谐的水生态文明建设。
"13th Five-Year" planning will strengthen the construction of ecological civilization first written in the five year plan. Water ecological civilization is the basic guarantee of ecological civilization. The article studies, analyzes and understands the content of the construction of water ecological civilization, and the development of water safety, water environment, water landscape, water culture and water economy. In order to promote the construction of water ecological civilization, the space intensive sewage treatment plant is put forward. Scientific outlook on development as guidance, space intensive sewage treatment plant accords with the needs of the construction of urban water ecological civilization under the new normal to ensure water safety, protect water environment, create water landscape, promote water culture, and develop water economy. It can also promote water ecological civilization construction, implementation of the new normal human water harmony of water ecological civilization construction.
