虫蚀状皮肤萎缩

摘要
报告1例虫蚀状皮肤萎缩。患儿男,1岁。双侧面颊部点状凹陷2个月。皮肤科检查:双侧面颊部可见片状分布的点状凹陷,形状不规则,深约0.5～1.0 mm,直径1～5 mm,小凹间有正常皮肤相隔,使局部呈蜂窝状及筛孔样外观。诊断:虫蚀状皮肤萎缩。
A case of atrophoderma vermiculatum is reported. A 1-year-old boy presented with a symmetric worm-eaten or reticular atrophy on the cheeks for 2 months. Physical examination showed patchily distributed, spotted depressions in depth of≈0.5-1.0 mm and diameter of 1-5 mm on the both cheeks. Lesions were wormeaten-like or honeycombed depression, separated by normal skin. The diagnosis of atrophoderma vermiculatum was made.
