信息时代高校图书馆与档案馆合并管理的实践探索——以西安石油大学为例

摘要
数字信息时代,高校图书馆与档案馆各自为政的管理体制和运行模式严重阻碍两馆的共建共享,师生用户一站式、无缝对接文献服务的新需求得不到满足。通过介绍西安石油大学两馆合并管理的实践探索,分析合并管理后取得的成效及存在问题,提出图书档案一体化融合管理的解决方案:改革现行高校图书馆与档案管理体制;建立大文献资源服务体系;探索科学灵活的运行机制。
In the digital information age, the traditional separate management system and operation mode of university libraries and archives are seriously impeding the co-construction and sharing of the two agencies, and the new demands for one-stop and seamless literature service of users cannot be satisfied. This paper introduces the practice exploration of the merging management of the library and archives in Xi'an Shiyou University, analyzes the achievements and existing problems after the merging management, and puts forward the solution to the integration management of libraries and archives: reforming the current university libraries and archives management system; establishing a large literature resource service system; exploring a scientific and flexible operating mechanism.
