摘要
海洋生物种类多样,资源丰富,提取和分离纯化其中的生物活性物质在医药和食品等工业应用中有重要意义。超临界CO_2萃取技术是一种新型高效绿色分离技术,被广泛应用于食品、医药和化工等领域。综述国内外超临界CO_2萃取海洋生物油脂、不饱和脂肪酸、色素、酚类、萜类和其他活性物质的研究进展。
        Marine life is diverse and rich in resources. Separation and purification of active components from marine life are great significant to the development of medicine and food industry. Supercritical CO_2 extraction technology is a new type of high-efficiency green separation technology, widely used in food, medicine and chemical industries. The principles and technology involved in application of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction using in active components from marine life were summarized. The extraction of oil, unsaturated fatty acid, pigments, phenols, apes and other active substances at home and abroad for research progress was reviewed.
