摘要
目的:观察从时辰给药法应用五虎汤加减对热性哮喘患儿血清TGF-β_1、IL-13的影响。方法:选取热性哮喘患儿60例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组予戌时(21∶00∶00)一次性给药,对照组按常规时间分别于09∶00∶00和18∶00∶00等量给药,连续5 d后,比较两组临床疗效,测定治疗前后肺功能以及血清中TGF-β_1、IL-13水平变化。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后,两组肺功能指标均较前升高,而两组患儿血清中TGF-β_1、IL-13水平均较前下降,且治疗组肺功能指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TGF-β_1、IL-13水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:从时辰给药法应用五虎汤加减治疗热性哮喘患儿临床疗效显著,可明显改善患儿哮喘症状。
        Objective: To observe the effects of five-tiger decoction on TGF-β_1 and IL-13 in serum of children with hot asthma. Methods: 60 patients with thermal asthma treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected, and 30 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. On the premise of conventional treatment, the treatment group to Xushi one-time dose(21∶00∶00), respectively, control group,according to the normal time, on 09 ∶00 ∶00 and 18 ∶00 ∶00 when the amount of drug delivery, for five days later, compare two groups of clinical curative effect, the determination of pulmonary function before and after the treatment, and TGF-β_1, IL-13 level changes in serum. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, two groups of FEV1, PEF and FEV1/FVC% higher than before, and two groups of children with TGF-β_1, IL-13 in serum levels are compared with the previous declined, and the FEV1, PEF, FEV1/FVC% of treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), TGF-β_1, IL-13 levels significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of five-tiger decoction from the hour dosing method in the treatment of children with heat asthma has a significant clinical effect and can significantly improve the symptoms of children with asthma.
