摘要
针对车、锻轴承圆柱面滚动体生产效率低、成本高的问题,设计了一套轧制小直径柱面滚动体的轧辊,并应用Pro/E软件对轧辊进行了三维实体可视化造型。通过分析,生产相同小直径圆柱滚动体的情况下,轧制会比车削提高生产效率40倍、比锻造提高生产效率4倍。该设计同时可为后续相似件的轧制成形及其优化设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency and high cost of turning cylindrical roller and forging cylindrical roller,a set of mill roll for rolling cylindrical roller with small diameter was designed.According to the analysis,the production efficiency of rolling cylinder with small diameter will be 40 times higher than that of turning,and 4times higher than that of forging.The design can also provide a good reference for rolling forming and optimization design of similar parts.
