翻转课堂引入高校公共体育教学的实证研究

摘要
翻转课堂是信息化社会的产物,教育技术是实施翻转课堂的重要依托。体育领域有关翻转课堂理论研究增长迅速,但实证研究却凤毛麟角,翻转课堂能否引入高校体育教学以及引入后的效果如何,还需通过教学实践进一步论证。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等研究方法,在厘清翻转课堂内涵、基本特征和操作程序的基础上,通过在高校公共体育课程中实施翻转课堂教学实验,分析了翻转课堂与传统体育教学在教学效果方面的差异,并论证了该模式在高校公共体育课中的教学实效。结果显示:翻转课堂具有教学技术信息化、教学资源最优化、教学平台二元化、学生学习自主化和个性化、教学评价多元化和全面化等基本特征;与传统体育教学相比,翻转课堂模式下的体育教学更有利于学生掌握体育技术,对培养学生的锻炼态度能够产生积极影响,但2种教学模式对提高学生身体素质均无明显效果。
        The flipped classroom is the product of information society and education technology is important for the flipped classroom. Theoretical research on the flipped classroom related to Sports is increasing rapidly and empirical research is rare.Whether the flipped classroom introduces into sports teaching of colleges and universities and the effect after introducing still need further demonstrate through teaching practice. Based on the literature material law,expert interview,experimental method and etc,this study clarifies the connotation of classroom in turn. on the basis of the basic characteristics and operating procedures,through public sports course in colleges and universities in turn classroom teaching experiment,it analyzes differences in the teaching effect of sports teaching between the flip classroom traditional,and demonstrates teaching effectiveness of the public physical education in colleges and universities under the mode. The results show that the flip classroom has several basic characteristics: teaching technical information,optimization of teaching resources,teaching platform normalization,self-independence of student-learning and personalized,diversified teaching evaluation and comprehensiveness.Compared with the traditional sports teaching,the flipped classroom mode of sports teaching is more advantageous for the students to master the physical technology,to develop students' exercise attitude,but has no obvious effect between the two kinds of teaching mode to improve students' physical quality.
