摘要
目的探析MRI优化组合序列对乳腺疾病的应用价值。方法随机选取该院在2016年1月—2018年1月期间收治的86例乳腺疾病患者,将患者分为对照组43例和治疗组43例,其中对照组行常规方式进行诊断,治疗组采用MRI成像优化组合序列方式进行诊断,比较两组患者的乳腺疾病检出率、准确率、敏感度。结果该研究共计86例乳腺疾病患者,其中对照组43例行常规方式诊断患者乳腺疾病,检出率为72.09%(31/43),准确率为76.74%(33/43),敏感度为74.42%(32/43);治疗组43例采用MRI优化组合序列方式诊断患者乳腺疾病,疾病检出率为97.67%(42/43),准确率为95.35%(41/43),敏感度为93.02%(40/43)。治疗组患者乳腺疾病检出率、准确率、敏感度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.358,11.027,9.162,P<0.05)。结论 MRI优化组合序列对乳腺疾病的应用价值较高,提高乳腺疾病诊断准确率,减少患者创伤,增强患者安全感,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To explore the application value of MRI optimized combination sequence in breast diseases. Methods86 patients with breast disease admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly enrolled. The patients were divided into 43 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the treatment group. The control group was routinely diagnosed and the treatment group was treated with MRI. The imaging optimized combination sequence method was used for diagnosis, and the detection rate, accuracy and sensitivity of breast diseases were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 86 patients with breast disease were enrolled in the study. Among them, 43 patients in the control group underwent routine diagnosis of breast disease. The detection rate was 72.09%(31/43), the accuracy rate was 76.74%(33/43), and the sensitivity was 74.42%(32/43); 43 patients in the treatment group were diagnosed with breast disease by MRI optimized combination sequence, the disease detection rate was 97.67%(42/43), the accuracy rate was 95.35%(41/43),and the sensitivity was 93.02%(40/43). The detection rate, accuracy and sensitivity of breast disease in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was(χ2=12.358, 11.027, 9.162, P<0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion MRI optimized combination sequence has higher application value for breast diseases, improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases, reduce patient trauma and enhance patient safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
