王惠萍主任医师运用定风汤治疗面肌痉挛经验举隅

摘要
面肌痉挛是神经内科常见的疾病,以单侧面部肌肉不自主抽搐为主要特征。王慧萍主任医师临床上擅长运用定风汤治疗面肌痉挛,本着治病求本的理念,从风论治,以熄内风为主,兼顾祛外风、化痰祛瘀、益气养血。文章通过分析定风汤药物配伍思想、治病机理及王惠萍主任的临床经验,为临床治疗该病提供参考。
Hemifacial Spasm is a common disease in the Department of Neurology,Unilateral facial muscle involuntary convulsion is a major feature. Chief physician Wang Huiping is good at treating hemifacial spasm with Dingfeng decoction. Based on the concept of seeking the root of the disease,it treats hemifacial spasm from the perspective of wind,mainly extinguishing internal wind,giving consideration to dispelling external wind,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and benefiting qi and nourishing blood. Through the analysis of the compatibility of Dingfeng Decoction,the mechanism of treatment and clinical experience of Dingfeng decoction,provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
