创新创业背景下管理专业实践教学体系探讨

摘要
在市场经济下行压力显著的当下,各行业都面临着较为严酷的竞争,因此诸多用人单位提高了对人才的质量要求,并且进行了一定的减员瘦身。为确保学生职业生涯得以持续稳定发展,职业院校开始思考如何提高人才创新创业能力的问题。如此看来,"双创"能力的培养倡导和方案落实,既是外在环境对人才的一种必然要求,又是学校提高办学实力和学生提高就业竞争力的必经之路。因为管理专业是当下较为热门的专业,其具有厚基础、宽口径的就业创业基础。相对于其他语言类和技术类专业而言,管理专业对学生的职业发展能力、专业素养和岗位适应能力有更高的要求,因此人才培养的难度也就更大。该文主要从管理专业建设的角度来对相关问题做出分析,并根据创新创业背景下的现实情况和要求提出了专业实践教学体系构建的策略,希望可以从根本上解决学生就业难、创业难的问题。
Under the significant downward pressure of the market economy, all industries are facing more severe competition, so many employing units have improved the quality requirements of talents, and carried out a certain reduction in staff and weight. In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of students' career, vocational colleges began to think about how to improve the ability of talent innovation and entrepreneurship. In this way, the advocacy and implementation of the "double creative" ability training program is not only an inevitable requirement of the external environment for talents, but also the only way for schools to improve their school-running strength and students' employment competitiveness. Because management specialty is a popular specialty at present, it has a solid foundation and a wide-caliber employment and entrepreneurship foundation. Compared with other language and technology majors, management majors have higher requirements for students' career development ability, professional accomplishment and post adaptability, so it is more difficult to cultivate talents. This paper mainly analyses the related problems from the perspective of the construction of management specialty, and puts forward the strategies for the construction of professional practice teaching system according to the reality and requirements under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, hoping to solve the problems of students' employment and entrepreneurship fundamentally.
