摘要
系统通过接收图像采集信号,经主控处理后控制驱动系统调整小车运行方向及加减速,通过红外传感器模块避障。通过ZigBee模块接收上位机的控制信号,控制小车的运行轨迹,也能实时的把小车的运行状态通过ZigBee反馈给上位机。
        To meet the needs of industrial automation production and the basic requirements of AGV control system, based on the analysis of the overall structure of AGV, the wireless communication system based on ZigBee is studied. The system receives image acquisition signals, controls the driving system to adjust the direction, the speeding up and deceleration of the car after the main control processing, and evades obstacles through the infrared sensor module. At the same time, it can receive the control signal of the upper computer through ZigBee module, control the trajectory of the car, and feedback the running state of the car to the upper computer through ZigBee in real time.
