基于有序加权算子赋权的基坑工程项目管理绩效可拓评价研究

摘要
构建基坑工程项目管理绩效评价指标体系,采用有序加权方法赋权评价指标,通过物元分析法计算各评价指标关于评价等级的评价等级特征值和关联度,由单目标评价取代多目标评价,从定量角度评价管理绩效。
This paper built index system of foundation pit engineering project management performance evaluation, and on this basis, OWA method was used to empower the evaluation index for improving the objectivity of the evaluation results, and through the calculation of various evaluation indexes about characteristic values of evaluation grades and the correlation of evaluation grades by the matter element analysis method, this paper converted multi-objective evaluation into single objective evaluation, and evaluated the performance of excavation engineering project from the perspective of quantitative aspect.
