摘要
文章基于游客感知视角,在建立桂林大圩毛洲岛乡村旅游服务质量评价指标体系的基础上,结合当地游客的问卷调查分析,发现桂林大圩毛洲岛乡村旅游服务质量整体一般,当地旅游服务设施不够完善、服务人员综合素质较低、旅游产品类型单一等问题依然存在,基于此,提出进一步提升桂林大圩毛洲岛乡村旅游服务质量的对策,以期为促进桂林大圩毛洲岛乡村旅游业的可持续发展提供若干参考借鉴。
Based on the perception of tourists, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of rural tourism service quality in Maozhou Island of Daxu, Guilin, and combines the questionnaire survey of local tourists. It is known that the overall quality of rural tourism service in Maozhou Island of Daxu, Guilin is general, and some problems still exist, including the inadequacy of tourism service facilities, low comprehensive quality of service personnel and single type of tourism products. For this reason, the article puts forward a series of countermeasures to improve the quality of rural tourism service in Maozhou Island of Daxu, Guilin, with a view to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in the region.
