摘要
为了发挥弹链供弹布置灵活、空间利用率高的特点,设计了能够实现多种变形的某节片式柔性导引机构的节片。建立了可变形的节片的空间数学模型,并利用Solid Works软件进行三维建模,在ADAMS中建立了节片与弹丸的多体动力学模型,通过仿真分析了弹丸在柔性节片中的运动规律。仿真结果表明:该节片式柔性导引机构能够在扭转、侧弯和直线三种条件下输送弹丸,能保证过弹的通畅性;设计方法具有可行性,为供弹系统的导引结构设计提供了一种设计思路。
In order to give full play to the flexible arrangement and high space utilization of ammunition supply chain, the guidance of a section of flexible guiding mechanism was designed. This paper established the mathematical model of flexible guidance and use solidworks software for 3 D modeling,and established muti-body dynamics model of flexible guidance in ADAMS software. The simulation results show that the flexible guidance mechanism can realize transportation of the projectile under three kinds of deformation,and shells can be smoothly passed,which verifies the feasibility of this design method. It provides a new way for the structure design of the guidance for a ammunition feed system.
