摘要
川西地区双鱼石构造深部地层蕴含丰富的油气资源,且具有储层埋藏深,地层高温、高压、高含硫,纵向上多产层、多压力系统,部分层段易漏、易塌、安全密度窗口窄,岩石硬度高、研磨性强、可钻性差等复杂地质条件,严重制约了钻井速度。针对川西地区双鱼石构造安全快速钻井地质和工程难点,文章重点从井身结构、钻井方式、钻头类型、提速工具、钻井液体系等方面进行了优化研究与现场试验,钻井安全提速效果显著,对川西双鱼石构造的深层油气勘探安全生产和降本增效具有重要意义。
        Deep formations at Shuangyushi Structure in west Sichuan is abundant in oil and gas resources,they are featured with deep reservoir burial,high formation temperature,high pressure,high sulfur content,multiple payzones in vertical direction,multiple pressure systems,frequent well loss and well caving at some sections,and complex geologic conditions like narrow safety window,high rock hardness,high abrasion,andpoor drillability,which have seriously impeded the drilling cycle. In order to decrease the downhole accidents and improve the drilling speed,a series of safe quick drilling technology was studied and applied,including optimization of casing program,drilling modes,the bits,quick drilling tools,drilling fluid systems and so on. The application showed great achievement obtained,being of great significance for safe operation and cost reduction in deep petroleum exploration at Western Sichuan region.
