摘要
水平井开发技术在渤海油田不断成熟和应用,水平井实施过程中的随钻跟踪已经成为开发人员的重要工作。油田开发调整的各个阶段,受到不同钻井平台、钻井设备、测量系统及预测精度的影响,不同批次调整井的深度通常存在误差,给水平井着陆时的随钻工作造成诸多不利影响。通过对Q油田近几年实施的144口综合调整井深度误差进行分析,总结并形成了过路层油水界面读值法、等高程地层比对法和地震时深转换计算法3种深度误差判别及随钻调整方法;明确了以上3种方法分别适用于过路底水油藏、油田内部井间加密调整、油田边部或地层变化在大区域调整3种情况。上述方法及策略已在Q油田实施的35口调整井中成功应用,通过准确判断水平井着陆过程中的深度误差,及时调整靶点深度和井轨迹,水平井着陆成功率达到100%。
        The horizontal well development technology is becoming mature and applied in Bohai Oilfield.The drilling and tracking of horizontal wells has become an important work for the developers.The stages of oilfield development and adjustment are affected by different drilling platforms,drilling equipment,measurement systems and prediction accuracy,there are usually errors in the depth of different batches of adjustment wells.The work while drilling during the landing of the horizontal well has more adverse effects.Based on the analysis of the depth error of 114 comprehensive adjustment wells in Q oilfield in recent years,three methods of depth error discrimination and adjustment while drilling were summarized and formed,such as the reading value method of oilwater interface in the crossing layer,the comparison method of equal elevation strata and the calculation method of seismic time-depth conversion.It is clear that the above 3 methods are suitable for 3 cases of the reservoir of crossing and bottom water,the inter-well infilled adjustment in the oilfield and the adjustment of the oilfield edge or the formation change in the large area.The above methods and strategies have been successfully applied to 35 adjustment wells implemented in Q oilfield.By accurately judging the depth error during the landing of horizontal wells and timely adjusting the depth of target point and well track,the success rate of horizontal well landing reaches 100%.
