摘要
目的:研究PETCT与CT灌注成像在脑肿瘤患者分型与分级中的诊断价值。方法:选取于本院进行诊治的75例脑肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其以PETCT进行扫描,然后以CT灌注成像进行检查,然后将其中不同分型患者的检测结果进行比较,并比较脑胶质瘤患者中不同分级及脑转移瘤中不同分型者的检测结果。结果:脑膜瘤患者的CBF、CBV及PS均高于胶质瘤及转移瘤,MTT则短于脑胶质瘤及转移瘤,脑胶质瘤及转移瘤患者SUV值及SUVmax阳性率均高于脑膜瘤患者,而脑胶质瘤患者中分级较高者的CBF、CBV、PS、SUV值及SUVmax阳性率均高于分级较低者,MTT则短于分级较低者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而脑转移瘤患者中不同分型者的上述指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PETCT与CT灌注成像在脑肿瘤患者分型与分级中的诊断价值较高,临床应用价值较高。
        Objective:To investigate the value of PETCT and CT perfusion imaging in diagnosis of different types and classifications of patients with cerebral tumor.Methods:A total of 75 patients with cerebral tumor treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and all the patients underwent PETCT scan and CT perfusion imaging detection,then the detection results regarding to different types and different classifications of brain glioma and different types of metastatic encephaloma were compared between the two groups.Results:The CBF,CBV and PS of patients with meningiomas were all higher than those of patients with brain glioma and metastatic encephaloma,the MTT were shorter than those of patients with brain glioma and metastatic encephaloma.The positive rates of SUV value and SUVmax patients with brain glioma and metastatic encephaloma were higher than those of patients with meningiomas,while the positive rate of CBF,CBV,PS,SUV value and SUVmax patients with higher classifications of brain glioma were all higher than those of patients with lower classifications of brain glioma,the MTT were shorter than those of patients with lower classifications of brain glioma(Pall< 0.05),but those indexes of patients with different types of metastatic encephaloma were not significantly different from each other(Pall>0.05).Conclusion:The value of PETCT and CT perfusion imaging in diagnosis of different types and classifications of cerebral tumor are high.
