市政工程投标报价中的策略与技巧

摘要
现阶段的市政工程市场竞争越来越大,在进行投标报价的过程中,传统的工程量清单计价模式已很难适应当前的发展需求,需要采用更加科学、合理的投标报价策略和技巧才能变被动为主动,从而在保证工程建设质量的基础上,缩短工程的建设周期、合理控制整个市政工程的造价,从而为企业争取更大的经济效益和发展空间。基于此,主要探讨了在市政工程投标报价过程中,如何更好地进行报价策略与技巧的应用进行了研究,可对相关人士能有所帮助。
At present,the market competition of municipal engineering is becoming more and more fierce. In the process of bidding and quoting,the traditional mode of bill of quantities has been dif?cult to adapt to the current development needs. It is necessary to adopt more scientific and reasonable bidding and quoting strategies and techniques to change passivity into initiative,so as to ensure the quality of construction projects. To shorten the construction period of the project and control the cost of the whole municipal engineering reasonably,so as to strive for greater economic bene?ts and development space for enterprises. Based on this,this paper mainly discusses how to better apply the bidding strategies and techniques in the bidding process of municipal engineering. Hope it will help the relevant people.
