摘要
目的:探究脉冲CO_2点阵激光结合E光治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取2012年3月-2016年9月笔者医院进行面部瘢痕整复患者104例,将所有患者随机分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组使用脉冲激光对面部瘢痕进行修复,研究组使用脉冲CO_2点阵激光结合E光的方法进行治疗。对两组患者治疗后临床效果、结痂时间、疼痛持续时间、不良反应发生率、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及满意度进行比较。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组结痂时间、疼痛持续时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲CO_2点阵激光结合E光治疗面部瘢痕效果显著,能有效提高治疗满意度,明显降低患者疼痛率与不良反应发生率,值得在临床中推广使用。
        Objective To explore the effect of pulsed CO_2 lattice laser combined with E-ray on acne scar. Methods 104 patients who underwent facial scar repair in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2016 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group used pulsed laser to repair facial scar, while the study group used pulsed CO_2 lattice laser combined with E-ray to treat facial scar. The clinical effect, scab formation time, pain duration,incidence of adverse reactions, visual analogue scale(VAS) and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of the study group patients was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The team with scab oer time, pain duration, visual analogue scale(VAS score) and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05), the satisfaction of patients in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with facial scar repair, pulsed CO_2 lattice laser combined with E light has a significant effect, and the pain rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients are significantly reduced, so the effective improvement of patients' satisfaction should be promoted in clinical treatment.
