摘要
针对多轮独立驱动车辆,提出一种多轮动态轮荷分配的研究方法。通过对多轮独立驱动车辆动力学模型的分析,采用空间力学与车辆油气悬架的变形协调相结合的方法,利用MATLAB的数值解法,获得车辆在相应加速度情况下各轮轮荷分配的数值解,并将各轮荷的数值解拟合成曲线。对某六轮独立驱动车辆进行实车道路试验,通过对轮荷采集的数据与本方法获得的数据进行比较与分析,结果表明此方法拟合成的各轮荷曲线具有很高的精度和可靠性。
        In view of multiple axle vehicles with individual drive there has been put forth a method for distributing wheel loads as a piece of study. Through a dynamic model for analysis of multiple axles and individual drive in such a vehicle it has to adopt a method which utilizes spatial mechanics to be combined with the vehicle's oil and air suspension as well as deformation to be integrated to get a numerical solution for the wheel load distribution under a responding acceleration, which is simulated to be curves. Such a vehicle has to be tested on road before comparing data collected with that of this test, and the results show that the individual wheel load and its simulated curve have got highly precision and reliability.
